Install the phone app

The Vendora app runs on Android phones with Android 7.0 or newer. On an iPhone, a tablet or a computer, use Vendora in the web browser instead.

Download it

Open this page on your phone and tap the button.

Download the app

Download while you have a connection. Once you've signed in, the app can keep selling without one.

If you want to be sure the file is the one we published, compare its SHA-256 checksum with the one in this small file.

Install it

  1. Open the downloaded file from the notification, or from your Downloads folder. It ends in .apk.
  2. If Android asks, allow your browser to install apps. You only do this once, and you can turn it off again afterwards.
  3. Android may warn that the app doesn't come from the Play Store. If you downloaded the file from the Vendora page, choose Install anyway.
  4. Open Vendora and sign in with your company code, email and password. They are the same ones you use on the web.
  5. Allow the camera and notifications when the app asks. The camera scans barcodes.
  6. Set a PIN or turn on your fingerprint, so you can get back in quickly. See Signing in.

Updating

When there's a new version, download the file again and open it. It installs over the old one and keeps your data, including sales that haven't been sent yet.

If something goes wrong
